Refund policy
No refunds! We accept size exchanges only. Item must not be worn or damaged. We must be contacted within 3 days of receiving your order and order must be shipped back within 7 days. Customer is fully responsible for shipping costs. Email steppedshoes.com for information on how to return. (All items must be put in packaging and returned the way they were received. DO NOT PUT POSTAGE STICKER ON SHOEBOX OR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.) Please be sure to include order number or name on the order on postage. Damaged Items — We do not accept returns or exchanges on damaged or worn items. If items are sent back and have been worn, we will not issue a refund.
